COSTDRIVERS® is a product of the company DATAMARK LTDA, which provides users with a data strategy platform (COSTDRIVERS® platform). We at COSTDRIVERS® recognize the need to protect and properly manage the personal information collected on our website, as well as that shared with us by our customers.   • In the case of corporate operations such as a merger, acquisition, transformation, spin-off, or a partial or total sale of assets, we may share, disclose or transfer all data of the holders to the successor organization.
 

We clarify that the transfer of information to third parties only occurs for the operational execution of the platform.

Some of the service providers mentioned above may be located abroad and, in that case, additional safeguards are adopted to guarantee an adequate level of protection of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.

We emphasize the importance of keeping your personal data accurate and up to date. 

Registered users will have access to their personal information registered in the COSTDRIVERS platform, and in the event that the registered user verifies that their personal information is wrong or outdated, it can directly rectify or alter it for You must use the password you created when you registered on the platform.

COSTDRIVERS® does not modify or change the personal information of its registered users, except when duly authorized by the users or for technical reasons of platform operation.
